In the context of using the website and bookings, the controllers of your personal data are Didier BOURANE and Nathalie BIHAN.

Stay-related data: Booking dates, number of guests.
Payment data: Bank pre-authorization and payment information (securely processed by Stripe, we do not have access to your card numbers).
Contact form: Name, email address and the content of your message, used solely to reply to you.

3. Purpose of Collection

Your data is collected exclusively for the following purposes:

Managing and validating your reservation.
Invoicing and collection of the tourist tax.
Communicating with you before, during, and after your stay (sending the welcome guide, arrival instructions, etc.).
Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations (notably registering foreign guests with SEF/ASAE in Portugal).

4. Sharing of Data (Processors)

Your data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared only with our technical processors strictly for the execution of your reservation:

Nowistay: Rental management software (PMS) used to centralize your bookings.
Stripe: Secure payment provider built into the Nowistay booking module (stay payment, security deposit, tourist tax).

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for the time necessary to manage our commercial relationship, which is:

For a period of 3 years after your last stay for communication purposes.
For a period of 10 years for invoices and accounting data, to comply with our legal and tax obligations.
Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

6. Your Rights Regarding Your Data

In accordance with European regulations (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, and portability of your data.

7. Cookie Policy

Browsing our website may cause cookies to be installed on your terminal. A cookie is a small file that does not allow the user to be identified but records information relating to the navigation of a computer on a website.

Strictly necessary cookies: Our Nowistay reservation widget and Stripe payment solution use essential technical cookies to keep your reservation session active and secure the payment. These cookies do not require your prior consent.
Audience measurement: We use Umami, a self-hosted visitor statistics tool that sets no cookies and collects no data that could identify you. We use neither Google Analytics nor any advertising tracker.
